The Teflus® PE Series encompasses a range of specialized perfluoropolyether (PFPE) products, each designed to meet specific performance criteria and application requirements. From thermal conduction fluids to lubricants and polymer processing additives, each product in the series offers unique benefits tailored to different industrial needs.

Teflus® PE Series represents a premium line of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) products engineered to deliver exceptional performance in demanding environments.

Synthesized by the polymerization of hexafluoropropylene monomer (HFP) and oxygen, these products are known for their excellent chemical inertness, high density, low surface tension, and stability at high temperatures.

Known for their superior chemical resistance and excellent performance over a wide temperature range, Teflus® PE Series products are ideal for applications in highly corrosive environments, high-temperature conditions, and industries requiring chemically stable materials.

Exceptional Temperature Range:
Exhibits excellent resistance to most highly corrosive chemicals, including strong acids and peroxides.

Outstanding Oil and Solvent Resistance:
Remains stable in the range of 270°C-300°C without an effective catalyst, even in the presence of oxygen. Decomposition temperature can reach 350°C-410°C.

Low Surface Tension and Volatility:
Offers excellent wetting properties and minimal evaporation, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Compatibility:
Shows good compatibility with plastics, rubber, and metals, enhancing its versatility in different applications.

Versatility:

PEG Series (General Purpose)

PEA Series (Processing Additive)
As a polymer processing aid to improve process ability (e.g.improved flow ability, extrusion rate and mold release, reduced melt viscosity, reduced die build-up) and improved polymer properties (e.g. enhanced self-lubrication, reduced wear, improved scratch resistance). It can be used for acetal, nylon 6, nylon 12, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), SEBS, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE),etc.

Teflus®PET
The ozone depletion index is zero. Non-corrosive to metal materials. Excellent insulation and dielectric properties. Excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, weather resistance. Fully flame retardant, no flash point, no ignition point, no spontaneous ignition point, will not burn in the presence of oxygen. Wide range of operating temperature.
Teflus®PEV
For most highly corrosive chemicals, such as strong acids, peroxides, etc. it has excellent chemical inertness. It has the characteristics of high density, low surface tension, low volatility, non-combustibility, good insulation, good lubricity, etc., and has good compatibility with plastics, rubber and metals. It is often used as a heat transfer fluid for many working conditions and as a lubrication use, suitable for high temperature and harsh working environments. In the absence of an effective catalyst, PFPE remained stable in the range of 270°C-300°C, even in the presence of oxygen. Its decomposition temperature can reach 350°C-410°C.
Teflus®PES
Narrow molecular Weight distribution. Zero ozone depletion. Excellent insulation properties and dielectric properties. Non corrosive to metal material, soldering with no residue. Outstanding radiation stability excellent weather-resistance. Fully flame retardant, no flash point, no ignition point, no spontaneous ignition point, will not burn in the presence of oxygen.
Teflus®PEG
Zero ozone depletion. Good compatibility with various rubbers. Good viscosity index, low pour point: can be used in a wide temperature range. Excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, solvent resistance ( including polar and non-polar solvents), radiation resistance, weather resistance. Non-flammable in any circumstances. No flash point, no ignition point, no spontaneous ignition point, and will not burn in the presence of oxygen.
Teflus®PEL
The ozone depletion index is zero. Excellent low temperature starting torque low evaporation loss. Non-toxic, does not react with metal, plastic,rubber, good compatibility with grease. Completely flame retardant, no flash point, no ignition point, no spontaneous ignition point, will not burn in the presence of oxygen. High viscosity index, good viscosity, low freezing point, suitable for a wide temperature range. Excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, weather resistance, insulation and dielectric properties.
Teflus®PEA
Excellent compatibility with various kinds of plastics and rubbers. Enhance polymer self-lubrication, reduce wear and improve scratch resistance. Excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, weather resistance. Fully flame retardant, no flash point, no ignition point, no spontaneous ignition point, will not burn in the presence of oxygen. Improve polymer processing performance,improve flow ability, extrusion rate and mold release, reduce melt viscosity, and reduce die build-up.
