Teflus®PR80
It utilises a chemically resistant perfluoroelastomer. It provides extensive corrosion-resistant sealing capabilities and excellent compression set values.
Teflus®PR85H
It utilises a chemically resistant perfluoroelastomer. It possesses a wide range of corrosion-resistant sealing capabilities and excellent compression set values, with superior resistance to organic amines, alkalis, and other media compared to the Teflus® PR 80 standard type.
Teflus®PR90
This is a perfluoroelastomer for semiconductor manufacturing that delivers stable sealing performance across a wide range of corrosive media. Even during long-term use at 290 °C, it maintains superior high-temperature chemical resistance and excellent compression set characteristics compared to Teflus® PR 80, ensuring highly reliable sealing performance under high-temperature and highly corrosive conditions.
Teflus®PR91B
This is a high-purity FFKM developed specifically for semiconductor processes. Filled with organic fillers, it provides excellent chemical resistance and stable sealing performance. It exhibits minimal changes in physical properties in plasma and high-temperature environments, while featuring low particle generation and low outgassing. With a maximum continuous service temperature of 270°C, it is a material that maintains high purity and outstanding durability across diverse chemical environments.
Teflus®PR100C
This is a high-temperature FFKM product developed specifically for semiconductor process environments. It provides stable sealing performance based on its high purity and excellent thermal and chemical resistance. It exhibits minimal changes in physical properties even under plasma process conditions and features low particle generation. With a maximum continuous service temperature of 315 °C, it is suitable for semiconductor manufacturing processes that require high temperatures.
Teflus®PR120C
This FFKM product is engineered to withstand high-temperature process environments. It offers exceptional purity along with superior thermal, chemical, and plasma resistance. Incorporating organic fillers, it minimizes particle generation during plasma processing while enhancing overall durability. With a maximum continuous service temperature of 300 °C, it is an ideal material for semiconductor manufacturing processes that demand high reliability.
Teflus®PR200C
This FFKM product is specifically engineered for high-temperature process environments. Building on enhanced thermal resistance compared to conventional grades, it provides stable physical properties and excellent elastic recovery even under high-heat conditions. It maintains low particle generation and consistent sealing performance in plasma environments, making it an ideal material for high-reliability semiconductor manufacturing processes.
