The Teflus® PR Series is a range of FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer) products designed to meet diverse requirements for heat and chemical resistance. From the heat-specialised PR 100 to the multi-purpose PR 80, each grade delivers optimal sealing performance and durability within specific temperature and chemical environments. The PR Series provides bespoke solutions for precision applications across diverse industries, including semiconductors, petrochemicals, and high-temperature processes.

The Teflus® PR Series is a premium grade perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) product line designed to deliver consistent performance even in the most demanding industrial environments.

With outstanding thermal resistance and chemical resistance, it ensures stable performance even under extreme conditions, providing an ideal solution for critical equipment in various key industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, semiconductors, food, and pharmaceuticals.

  5. Broad Media Compatibility Compatibility with various process media including high-temperature organic acids/inorganic acids, corrosive substances, hydrocarbons, vapours, and hot water.

Teflus®PR80
It utilises a chemically resistant perfluoroelastomer. It provides extensive corrosion-resistant sealing capabilities and excellent compression set values.
Teflus®PR85H
It utilises a chemically resistant perfluoroelastomer. It possesses a wide range of corrosion-resistant sealing capabilities and excellent compression set values, with superior resistance to organic amines, alkalis, and other media compared to the Teflus® PR 80 standard type.
Teflus®PR90
A peroxide-cured perfluoroelastomer with superior high-temperature chemical resistance, a long-term service temperature of 290°C, and a broad range of corrosion-resistant media sealing capability, along with excellent compression set values. This high-temperature corrosion-resistant peroxide-cured perfluoroelastomer possesses a broad range of corrosion-resistant media sealing capability and excellent compression set values.
Teflus®PR91B
A peroxide-cured perfluoroelastomer with superior high-temperature chemical resistance, a long-term service temperature of 290°C, and a broad range of corrosion-resistant media sealing capability, along with excellent compression set values. This high-temperature corrosion-resistant peroxide-cured perfluoroelastomer possesses a broad range of corrosion-resistant media sealing capability and excellent compression set values.
Teflus®PR100C
A new perfluoroelastomer offering outstanding heat resistance, broad media resistance, low compression set, and strong sealing retention at extreme temperatures.
Teflus®PR120C
PR-120 is a low molecular weight C9 aromatic petroleum resin produced by the thermal polymerisation of petroleum-based raw materials.
