The Teflus® PE Series is a range of synthetic fluids and additives based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE), delivering specialised performance characteristics including thermal conductivity, lubricity, and chemical stability. Comprising thermal conductive fluids, high-temperature lubricants, and polymer processing additives, each product contributes to the high-performance thermal and chemical management required in semiconductor manufacturing, precision cooling, and vacuum systems.

The Teflus® PE series is a premium range of perfluoropolyether (PFPE) products engineered to conquer the most extreme chemical and thermal environments.

This material, synthesised through the polymerisation of hexafluoropropylene (HFP) and oxygen, boasts differentiated properties including outstanding chemical inertness, high density, ultra-low surface tension, and high-temperature stability.
It is optimised as a critical fluid/additive solution for all industrial sectors demanding corrosive environments, high-temperature processes, and absolute chemical stability.

Teflus®PET
The ozone depletion potential is zero. It does not corrode metal substrates. It possesses excellent insulating and dielectric properties. It exhibits outstanding thermal stability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, and weather resistance. It is completely flame-retardant, with no flash point, ignition point, or auto-ignition temperature; it does not burn in the presence of oxygen. It has a wide operating temperature range.
Teflus®PEV
It exhibits excellent chemical inertness towards most highly corrosive chemicals, including acids and peroxides. It possesses characteristics such as high density, low surface tension, low volatility, non-flammability, excellent thermal insulation, and superior lubricity, and demonstrates excellent compatibility with plastics, rubber, and metals. It is employed as a heat transfer fluid under diverse operating conditions and is also suitable for lubrication applications in high-temperature and harsh environments. In the absence of effective catalysts, PFPE remains stable within the 270°C-300°C range even in the presence of oxygen. Its decomposition temperature can reach 350°C to 410°C.
Teflus®PES
Narrow molecular weight distribution. Zero ozone depletion potential. Excellent insulating and dielectric properties. Non-corrosive to metal substrates with residue-free soldering. Outstanding radiation stability and weather resistance. Fully flame-retardant with no flash point, ignition point or auto-ignition temperature; does not burn in the presence of oxygen.
Teflus®PEG
Zero ozone depletion. Excellent compatibility with various rubbers. Superior viscosity index, low pour point: usable across a wide temperature range. Outstanding thermal stability, chemical stability, solvent resistance (including polar and non-polar solvents), radiation resistance, weather resistance. Non-flammable under any circumstances. No flash point, ignition point, or auto-ignition temperature; does not burn in the presence of oxygen.
Teflus®PEL
The ozone depletion index is zero. It exhibits excellent cold start torque and minimal evaporation loss. Non-toxic, it does not react with metals, plastics, or rubber, and demonstrates excellent compatibility with greases. Fully flame-retardant, it possesses no flash point, ignition point, or auto-ignition temperature, and does not burn in the presence of oxygen. Featuring a high viscosity index, good viscosity, low freezing point, and suitability for a wide temperature range. It exhibits outstanding thermal stability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, weather resistance, insulation properties, and dielectric characteristics.
Teflus®PEA
It exhibits excellent compatibility with various types of plastics and rubber. It enhances the polymer's inherent lubricity, reduces wear, and improves scratch resistance. It offers outstanding thermal stability, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, radiation resistance, and weather resistance. It is completely flame-retardant, possessing no flash point, ignition point, or auto-ignition temperature, and does not burn in the presence of oxygen. It improves polymer processing performance, enhances flowability, extrusion speed, and release properties, reduces melt viscosity, and minimises die build-up.
