Teflus® FS Series represents a premium line of fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) products engineered to deliver exceptional performance in demanding environments.

This series combines the advantages of fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) such as excellent oil resistance and high-temperature workability, with the benefits of silicone rubber (VMQ) including good softness and outstanding low and high-temperature workability.

Known for their superior oil resistance and excellent performance over a wide temperature range, Teflus® FS Series products are ideal for applications in low temperature, high temperature, and solvent-resistant and oil-resistant environments.

Product Introduction

It is divided into raw gum for high temperature curing and raw gum for room temperature curing. High temperature curing raw gum is homopolymerized fluorosilicone raw gum Teflus® FSG-H100 and copolymer fluorosilicone raw gum Teflus® FSG-H200; Room temperature curing with raw gum homopolymerfluorosilicone raw gum Teflus®FSG–R100 and copolymer fluorosilicone raw gum Teflus® FSG–R200.

Teflus®FSG-R100
Homogeneous molecular weight distribution. Liquid, easy-flowing, base polymer for putty/ adhesives/ sealants. Low volatile matter, short time for surface drying.
Teflus®FSG-H100
Homogeneous molecular weight distribution. Homogeneous vinyl content distribution. Low volatile Matter. Easily mixed with different types of fillers such as silica, calcium carbonate, diatomite, and quartz powder.
Teflus®FSG-R200
Liquid, easy-flowing, base polymer for putty/ adhesives/ sealants. Easy to blend with dimethicone.
Teflus®FSG-H200
Homogeneous molecular weight distribution. Homogeneous vinyl content distribution. Easy blending with methyl silicone rubber. Easily mixed with different types of fillers such as silica, calcium carbonate, diatomite, and quartz powder.
Teflus®FSB-T100
High tear strength. Excellent oil resistance and outstanding apolar solvent resistance. Retains properties over a wide temperature range of -60-230℃. Easily processed and easily pigmented.
Teflus®FSB-E100
For Extrusion. Excellent oil resistance and outstanding a polar solvent resistance. Retains properties over a wide temperature range of -60-230℃. Easily processed and easily pigmented.
Teflus®FSB-G100
Excellent oil resistance; outstanding apolar solvent resistance. Retaining properties over a wide temperature range of -60℃ to 230℃. Easily processed; Easily pigmented.
Teflus®FSB-C200
Good anti-structure property. Excellent oil resistance and outstanding apolar solvent resistance. Retaining properties over a wide temperature range of -60℃ to 230℃. Very low compression set. Easily processed and easily pigmented.
Teflus®FSL-100
Excellent hydrophobic and lipophobic properties. High flash point, non-flammable.
Teflus®FSL-200
Excellent hydrophobic and lipophobic properties. High flash point, non-flammable. Good defoaming capability in non-polar solvents and oils. High viscosity index; can be used in a wide temperature range. Excellent thin film adhesion of lubricating oil. Good compatibility with rubbers.
Teflus®FSL-300
The end group has a reactive vinyl group, which is easy to participate in the reaction. With high vinyl content. It is easy to adjust the total content of vinyl in compound and sealant.
Teflus®FSL-400
The end group has a reactive vinyl group, which is easy to participate in the reaction. With high vinyl content. It is easy to adjust the total content of vinyl in compound and sealant.
