Overview

The Teflus® FS series is a range of rubber compounds utilising FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber) material, offering combined heat resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance. It encompasses products from high-temperature-curing compounds to specially formulated compounds, making it suitable for components requiring both flexibility and durability in demanding environments such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial sealing applications.

The Teflus® FS series is a premium-grade FVMQ (fluorosilicone rubber) product range that combines the outstanding oil resistance of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) with the excellent temperature adaptability of VMQ (silicone rubber).

This series maintains stable performance across a wide operating range from -60°C to +230°C, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding oil and solvent environments.

Teflus®FSG-R100
Uniform molecular weight distribution. Liquid base polymer for putty/adhesive/sealant applications, offering fluidity. Low in volatile substances with short surface drying time.
Teflus®FSG-H100
Uniform molecular weight distribution. Uniform vinyl content distribution. Low volatile matter. Easily mixes with various types of fillers such as silica, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, and quartz powder.
Teflus®FSG-R200
A liquid base polymer for putty/adhesive/sealant applications, featuring excellent flow properties. It mixes readily with dimethicone.
Teflus®FSG-H200
Uniform molecular weight distribution. Uniform vinyl content distribution. Easily blendable with methyl silicone rubber. Can be easily blended with various types of fillers such as silica, calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, and quartz powder.
Teflus®FSB-T100
High tear strength. Excellent oil resistance and outstanding resistance to polar solvents. Maintains properties across a wide temperature range of 60–230°C. Easy to process and readily dyed.
Teflus®FSB-E100
For extrusion. Exhibits excellent oil resistance and outstanding polar solvent resistance. Maintains its properties over a wide temperature range of 60–230°C. Easy to process and readily colourable.
Teflus®FSB-G100
Excellent oil resistance, outstanding polar solvent resistance. Maintains properties over a wide temperature range of 60°C to 230°C. Easy processing; easy colouring.
Teflus®FSB-C200
Excellent internal structure. Superior resistance to oils and polar solvents. Maintains properties across a broad temperature range of 60°C to 230°C. Very low compression set. Easy to process and colour.
Teflus®FSL-100
Excellent hydrophobic and lipophilic properties. High flash point, non-flammable.
Teflus®FSL-200
Excellent hydrophobic and lipophilic properties. High flash point, non-flammable. Superior foaming ability in non-polar solvents and oils. High viscosity index, usable across a wide temperature range.
Excellent thin-film adhesion in lubricants. Excellent compatibility with rubber.
Teflus®FSL-300
The terminal group possesses a reactive vinyl group, enabling it to readily participate in reactions. It has a high vinyl content. The total vinyl content in compounds and sealants can be easily adjusted.
